2nd shift 6p-4a $17/hr

3rd shift 12a-9a $19.50/hr

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packer to join our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are accurately packed and prepared for shipment. This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with various tools and equipment used in the packing process.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into appropriate containers for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
• Operate hand tools and power tools as needed for packing tasks.
• Ensure boxes are labeled properly.
• Stack and neatly organized finished boxes onto pallets
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality checks on packed products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor promptly.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing facility is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and assembly line processes.
• Ability to lift and move items safely within the warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed.
