About the Role
We are seeking dependable individuals to join our production floor as Packers. This position plays a vital role in preparing finished products for shipment by ensuring items are packed correctly, meet quality standards, and are handled safely. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy hands-on work, and be comfortable with the physical demands of the job.
What You’ll Do
- Pack finished goods securely according to production guidelines
- Inspect products for defects and report any quality issues
- Label, seal, and prepare packed items for shipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized packing station
- Track daily production counts and complete basic documentation
- Support team workflow by assisting with material handling and waste disposal
Physical Demands
- Ability to stand and walk for the majority of your shift
- Regularly lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Occasionally lift heavier items, up to 75 lbs, with safe techniques
- Perform repetitive packing, bending, and reaching tasks
- Work in a plant environment with machinery, noise, and temperature changes
