**Position Summary**
Adecco is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for a **Packer / Quality Inspector** role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment producing towel and tissue products. The primary responsibility of this position is to inspect product quality, package finished goods according to specifications, and ensure all items meet established quality and safety standards.
This role is essential in maintaining product consistency, accuracy, and efficiency while supporting a safe and organized work environment.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Inspect product quality on assigned production lines
+ Perform quality checks to ensure finished goods meet established standards
+ Package, box, and stack finished products according to shipment requirements
+ Follow direction from Machine Operators and production leads
+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
+ Perform other duties as assigned
**Knowledge and Skills**
+ Basic math skills for counting and simple conversions related to quality control
+ Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
+ Ability to stack boxes up to 50 lbs at or above shoulder height
+ Ability to stand for long periods of time
**Qualifications**
+ High school diploma or equivalent required
+ Prior manufacturing or quality inspection experience preferred
+ Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
+ Willingness to work any shift as needed

**Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
