Responsibilities
Partner with agents to manage transaction workflows from contract to closing, ensuring deadlines, documentation, and compliance requirements are met.
Coordinate communication among clients, agents, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other transaction partners.
Prepare, organize, and maintain accurate transaction files, disclosures, contracts, and related documentation.
Track key milestones, contingencies, appointments, and follow-up tasks using company systems and transaction management tools.
Support listing and buyer activities, including scheduling, marketing coordination, showing logistics, and client updates.
Identify potential issues or delays early and work proactively with the appropriate parties to resolve them.
Deliver a professional, responsive client experience while representing Hatch Brokered by Real in all communications and interactions.
Qualifications
Active real estate license or willingness to obtain one
Previous experience in real estate, sales, customer service, marketing, or a related field preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Excellent organization and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Professional demeanor and commitment to providing exceptional client service
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, vendors, and community partners
Comfortable using technology, customer relationship management systems, social media, and digital communication tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes
Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and contribute to a collaborative team environment
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client and transaction information professionally
Reliable transportation and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to work from and travel to the Hatch Brokered by Real office, and other local locations as required
