Job SummaryDaily setup and operation of packaging equipment servicing the condiment markets following industry standards for GMP

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Follow all Safety and Quality guidelines to protect the customer, yourself and fellow employeesDaily hands-on setup, startup and operation of assigned equipment utilizing hand tools and data collections tools made available for safe and efficient operationEnter required Quality and Operational checks into the data collection software in use in a timely mannerLearn, meet and sustain KPI's set for department goalsProvide peer support for successful department operationEngage in cross training when available

What We Are Looking For: Characteristics, skills, experience, education and performance history needed for success in the position:

High School Diploma requiredMachine Operating Experience preferredMust be detail orientatedAble to walk & stand during most all of a 10 hour shiftQuality driven, Self-motivated, and willing to learnDependable & punctualPhysical Capacities: Able to lift 30 lbs.
