Operate production equipment in an incentive-based environment to efficiently produce finished goods for supporting products for further processing. 

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating assignments for the shift with lead and supervisor
• Operation monitoring
• Meeting and exceeding production goals
• Identifying maintenance issues
• Prioritizing material based on due dates
• Following safety procedures
