Beyond Talentedge has partner with a Manufacturing company seeking a Production Planner Assistant supporting the planning and scheduling of manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, customer requirements, and delivery deadlines are met. This role assists with inventory monitoring, production scheduling, order tracking, data entry, and communication between production, purchasing, warehouse, and customer service teams. This role is Temp to Hire; we invite you to apply!Key Responsibilities * Assist in creating and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules. * Monitor production progress and update schedules as needed. * Track work orders and ensure timely completion of manufacturing jobs. * Enter and maintain production data in ERP/MRP in Vantage/Epicor systems and spreadsheets. * Coordinate with purchasing to ensure raw materials and components are available for production. * Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or potential supply issues. * Generate production reports, inventory reports, and performance metrics. * Communicate schedule changes and production priorities to manufacturing teams. * Assist with capacity planning and workload balancing. * Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime. * Maintain accurate production records and documentation. * Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and quality departments to ensure smooth workflow. Qualifications * High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field preferred. * 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production planning, scheduling, inventory control, or administrative support preferred. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus. * Strong organizational and multitasking skills. * Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. * Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.Salary & Schedule:$20-22Schedule: Monday- FridayA shift 8:00am- 4:30pmBeyond TalentEdge is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
