Production Planner

Production Planner
Location: Brea, CA
Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, M-F
Pay: $25.00-$27.00 p/h

Job Summary:
The Production Planner will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, materials, and work orders to help ensure products are completed and delivered to customers on time.

Job Duties:

• Plan and schedule production based on customer needs
• Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Engineering, and Operations to keep production on schedule.
• Manage work orders, materials, and production information using ERP systems.
• Identify scheduling issues and help resolve production or material constraints.
• Review production processes and recommend ways to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Manufacturing, or related field is a plus!
• 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling or supply chain
• Experience in PCBA/electronics manufacturing is highly preferred but not required. 
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems for work orders, scheduling, inventory, and production planning.
• Strong Excel and computer skills.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 and/or J-STD-001 is a plus.
