Production Planning & Inventory Audit Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Production Planning & Inventory Audit Specialist to support a fast-growing manufacturing operation. This role is critical in ensuring production runs smoothly, inventory stays accurate, and customer demand is met on time.
What you will do:
• Develop and manage daily and weekly production schedules
• Coordinate with purchasing, production, quality, and shipping teams
• Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Maintain accurate ERP data and reporting
• Drive process improvements in scheduling and inventory control
What we are looking for:
• 2 to 5+ years of experience in production planning, supply chain, or inventory within manufacturing
• Strong ERP/MRP system experience
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
