Job Description

From conception to planning and execution, the Project Mager will know where projects stand at all every stage. Having the ability to design in the upholstery or bedding industry is a PLUS.

Qualifications
· At least 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, ideally in operation management, textile design or in project management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
· Proven ability in people management, change management, strategic planning, decision-making, and effective communication
· Strong analytical and reporting skills
· Comprehensive understanding of project management in the upholstery and bedding industries.
· Proficient in communication, planning, and scheduling.
· Capable of multi-tasking and adept in Microsoft Office tools

Responsibilities
· Develop and coordinate strategies to manage internal projects
· Ensure all operation activities comply with safety, environmental, and company standards, executing them in a technically sound manner.
· Stimulate continuous improvement by planning, defining, and executing operational improvement programs with management.
· Coordinate and lead projects within the plant, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
· Work collaboratively with the COO and other Department Managers to support overall operational goals
