In this role, you will coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, optimize schedules, and help drive on-time delivery through effective planning, data analysis, and production control. YOUR TASKS
Plan and control Shop Visits for engine maintenance closely with Production, Customer Account Management, Material Planning and Engineering teams.
Lead and facilitate cross-functional production control meetings.
Monitor production progress within ERP system, identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to maintain short turnaround time and high capacity utilization.
Analyze order scenarios regarding sequencing and capacity allocation across departments.
Monitor operational KPIs and recommend actions to ensure production flow and on-time delivery.
Conduct analyses and data evaluation, prepare and maintain management reports.
YOUR PROFILE
Proven experience in production planning, scheduling or related manufacturing operations
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field: equivalent experience considered
Strong organizational, communication and decision-making skills
Background in production planning, aerospace, maintenance or regulated manufacturing environments preferred
High motivation and interest in complex operational challenges
SAP knowledge is a plus
Clear written and verbal communication skills
German language skills would be advantageous
