What You'll Do as a Production Planner:- Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Monitor product flow through the production cycle and adjust plans as needed
- Update inventory levels and production data in MRP systems
- Create run strategies to improve throughput and control inventory levels
- Identify and resolve supply constraints or production bottlenecks
- Collaborate with internal teams to align scheduling and production priorities
- Coordinate with departments to ensure timely material availability and shipments
- Build and maintain production schedules using IQMS or spreadsheet tools
What You Need to Bring to the Production Planner Role:- Associate degree in business management, supply chain, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing production scheduling or planning environments
- Experience using MRP systems, Excel, and scheduling tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet software
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and solve production planning problems
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
