What You'll Do as a Production Planner:

• Develop and maintain production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor product flow through the production cycle and adjust plans as needed
• Update inventory levels and production data in MRP systems
• Create run strategies to improve throughput and control inventory levels
• Identify and resolve supply constraints or production bottlenecks
• Collaborate with internal teams to align scheduling and production priorities
• Coordinate with departments to ensure timely material availability and shipments
• Build and maintain production schedules using IQMS or spreadsheet tools

What You Need to Bring to the Production Planner Role:

• Associate degree in business management, supply chain, or related field
• Experience in manufacturing production scheduling or planning environments
• Experience using MRP systems, Excel, and scheduling tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and spreadsheet software
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to analyze data and solve production planning problems
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
