DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Review Supply Chain IMR/ MRP by PPS to determine what CPS’ need replenishing of precut stock.
- Work with Sales to manage source orders and can place them as needed to yield out a coil.
- Review Production Planning Window and combine like items based on the PPS into a Job Set.
- Choosing inventory to create a customer’s specified product
- Creating set ups that are time and cost efficient, with directions that are easily understood by other plant personnel
- Communicating with Sales department, purchasing department, Technical Services, and plant management pertaining to inventory and customer order issues
- Use Job Scheduling to add jobs to lineup at each piece of equipment maximizing machine efficiency and maintaining customer required delivery dates.
- Manage Job Scheduling to ensure orders are being set up in a timely fashion and far enough out to maximize same setup runs.
- Work with Plant Manager and Operations Supervisor to maintain flow of Multi-Process Job Work Orders through the plant until completed.
- Review aged inventory reports and eliminating aged material when possible (Supply Chain Review IMR)
- Create Production Sales Order, Production Plans (Job Work Orders), and expediting material from outside processors and communicating with Inventory Control Team.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Prefer an associate’s degree in business administration or related field and one to two years of experience in a production environment. Formal education may be substituted with experience and training when competency in the position is demonstrated.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This is a safety sensitive position. This work is predominantly performed in an office setting with minimal to moderate noise due to computers, printers, and people. Occasionally, work will be performed in a manufacturing setting with moderate to high levels of noise due to machinery and equipment. The temperature of the facility will vary based on outside weather conditions. The use of personal protective equipment for safety compliance may be required as deemed necessary by management.
