This is how you make impact

Together with the Shopfloor Control team, you are the link between production and logistics. Logistics is your internal customer, and you ensure an optimal scheduling of production orders within our factory.

In short: a dynamic role in which you are operationally responsible while also providing direction to the team.

In this position, as a Production Planner, you and your direct colleagues are operationally responsible for creating the production schedule, supporting the various customer teams that each manage their own customer group. Your day starts with a morning meeting on the production floor, followed by discussions with the production team leaders and unit managers. From there, you review the priorities for the day and begin building the schedule.

You will frequently coordinate with the Customer Support Planners, who represent the customer internally. They know what the customer needs, and you translate that into a solid production plan. In addition to your operational tasks, you will also participate in improvement teams to continuously optimize our processes.

This is what we offer

A challenging and varied role in a dynamic high-tech environment. You''ll join an organization where people are paramount and personal contact is essential. We believe it''s important that you can continue to develop and therefore offer plenty of room for personal growth and initiative. You''ll work in a diverse and committed team, with a pleasant and open work environment.

You can also count on:

  • A good salary aligned with your knowledge and experience.
  • 27 vacation days, plus 13 additional ADV days.
  • Flexible start and end times.
  • A solid pension scheme.
  • Travel expense reimbursement.
  • Room for personal development.

This is what you bring to the team

  • A completed MBO/HBO education in a logistics or (technical) business administration field.
  • 0-2 years of experience as a production planner in a similar industry or Recent graduate who is motivated and enthusiastic about working on planning a production environment.
  • You are decisive and work in a structured, methodical way.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Dutch and English.
  • You are goal‑oriented and have strong problem‑solving abilities.
  • You easily connect with others, are not afraid to speak up, and enjoy collaborating on improvements.
