Job Title: Production Planner

The Impact You'll Make

At Danfoss, you'll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly and our customers satisfied. As a Planner, you will connect demand, supply, and production-helping ensure the right materials are available at the right time while supporting strong delivery performance.

In this role, you'll work closely with teams across the plant and beyond. Your work will directly influence customer satisfaction, inventory health, and operational efficiency, making you a key contributor to our success.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own delivery performance and inventory targets for your product lines, balancing service levels and inventory turns
• Partner with purchasing and production teams to ensure materials and schedules support on-time delivery
• Plan and maintain production schedules (MPS) and material requirements to meet demand forecasts
• Maintain accurate MRP and inventory data, including production orders and adjustments
• Support cross-functional initiatives, including engineering changes and continuous improvement projects

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment; APICS (CPIM) certification or willingness to obtain
• Foundational experience with planning systems (SAP preferred) and strong working knowledge of Excel
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and engage stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with occasional travel

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $65,000- $85,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
