Now hiring Production Planner
Location: Manor, TX
Pay Rate: $24.00 - $37.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Training Schedule: 1st week 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Here's what it takes to succeed with us.
- 1+ years of production planning and supply chain management experience.
- Experience in a quick-turn, low-volume, engineer-to-order manufacturing environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- CPIM/CIRM certification preferred.
- Strong production planning and scheduling experience.
- Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems.
- Ability to read and interpret Engineering Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Meeting facilitation and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
Work Environment
- Primarily office-based with frequent interaction with manufacturing operations.
- Occasional travel for training or meetings.
- Ability to sit, stand, use a computer, and lift up to 25 lbs. (more with assistance).
- Exposure to hazards including electrical current, moving mechanical parts, and chemicals.
- Subject to frequent interruptions.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain production plans and master production schedules.
- Release, reschedule, and manage work orders throughout the production cycle.
- Monitor production requirements and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
- Analyze material and component availability to support production schedules.
- Reconcile production and material conflicts and resolve shortages.
- Manage Work-in-Process (WIP) inventory levels.
- Coordinate with engineering, quality, purchasing, manufacturing, and materials teams.
- Evaluate and coordinate engineering change orders (ECOs).
- Facilitate production, operations, and material status meetings.
- Troubleshoot production control issues and drive corrective actions.
- Monitor labor loading and capacity requirements.
- Interface with customers regarding delivery schedules and production issues as needed.
