  • Apply Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) principles, including demand planning, supply planning, and capacity planning, to support operational objectives.
  • Analyze customer forecasts, production requirements, and capacity constraints to ensure timely execution of manufacturing schedules.
  • Collaborate with Program Management, Procurement, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Logistics teams to ensure production readiness and on-time delivery.
  • Create, maintain, and update production planning data, reports, and key performance metrics.
  • Maintain SAP master data, including Bills of Materials (BOMs), production recipes, planning parameters, and material planning files.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities by coordinating material planning, production readiness, and engineering change implementation.
  • Monitor material availability and identify shortages, excess inventory, and potential supply chain risks.
  • Develop recommendations to address production bottlenecks, capacity constraints, and workforce planning requirements.
  • Manage inventory levels to support production requirements while minimizing excess and obsolete inventory.
  • Coordinate engineering changes, material substitutions, and production schedule adjustments as required.
  • Generate and analyze reports related to production performance, inventory status, delivery metrics, and planning effectiveness.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, operational efficiency, and inventory management.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings and discussions to resolve planning, supply, and production issues.
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, quality standards, and internal operational procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills
