Who we are
We are on a mission to become a leading supplier of critical materials that enable the green energy and technology revolution. Our materials and technologies are required for the electric vehicle, green energy, consumer electronics, and defense industries, and our battery-grade lithium and tech metals are needed for chipsets, semiconductors, and 5G.
We have a substantial interest in the Round Top Heavy Rare Earth Lithium and Critical Minerals deposit in West Texas. We have also developed the United States first rare earth and critical minerals processing facility and we own the only scalable sintered neo-magnet manufacturing system in the Western Hemisphere. By developing this fully integrated US-based mine-to-magnet" critical mineral supply chain, we are poised to become the leading domestic supplier to these industries.

We put safety at the center of all we do, take accountability for our actions, incorporate sustainable practices in our processes, and act with the financial best interest of our investors and consumers in mind.
• Win Together Establishing a rare earth magnet supply chain is a big undertaking - and getting there is a team effort. We communicate openly, work together, and challenge each other in pursuit of our goals. With every step we take, we learn and get better.
Job Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Production PlannerScheduler to support a fast-growing manufacturing operation by planning and managing production schedules, capacity, and material flow in a dynamic, evolving environment. This role balances near-term execution with longer-term capacity planning, identifies constraints that impact output and on-time delivery, and partners closely with operations, engineering, and commercial teams to support scale-up and performance improvement in a public-company setting.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and adjust production schedules to align demand, inventory targets, and plant capacity. • Monitor operating limits and capacity utilization, identifying gaps, constraints, or bottlenecks impacting throughput and on-time delivery. • Forecast short- and mid-term capacity requirements and analyze variance against production plans, labor, and material availability. • Partner with engineering, operations, sales, and supply chain to align production plans with customer demand, new products, and process changes. • Analyze manufacturing and ERP data to track efficiency, production rates, schedule adherence, and other key performance metrics. • Prepare clear, actionable reports to support operational decision-making and management reviews. • Recommend and support process workflow and equipment improvements to increase capacity reliability and scalability.
Operate effectively in a changing environment where processes, systems, and volumes are still being built and refined.
Qualifications
• Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field (relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree). • 2-4 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations. • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with evolving processes or scale-up activities preferred. • Working knowledge of ERP, RPM, systems, production scheduling tools, and manufacturing KPIs. • Strong analytical skills, adaptability, and ability to work cross-functionally in a lean organization.
