Production PlannerPay: $21–$24/hour
Schedule: Full-time, on-site, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Somewhere between the master schedule and the shop floor, someone has to make sure the right paperwork, parts, and priorities line up — every single day. Our client is looking for a
Production Planner to be that person, keeping their Materials Planning Group running smoothly from order creation through the moment work actually starts on the floor.
This role rewards people who are naturally organized and a little bit relentless about accuracy — the kind of person who notices when something's off before it becomes a problem.
What You'd Be Doing- Build manufacturing orders for internal processes based on the master production schedule
- Fine-tune manufacturing order picklists so material requirements match each project exactly
- Double-check that routings and material transfers are complete and accurate
- Create and print daily travelers for the assembly shop floor
- Print job pack pick lists, quality drawings, and project cover sheets each day
- Work closely with the Materials Group and Production Manager so travelers are ready before assembly is set to begin
- Keep an eye on manufacturing order status to make sure WIP information stays accurate and current
- Handle ERP system maintenance tasks assigned by the Operations Engineer
- Pitch in on 5S efforts — safety, labeling, organization, and workplace efficiency
What You Bring- Must be at least 18 years old
- Experience as a materials planner in a mid- to high-volume, made-to-order fabrication environment is a plus
- Prior ERP experience with materials or inventory in a manufacturing, engineered-to-order, or project-based setting
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Willingness to follow safety guidelines and wear required PPE
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, as well as collaboratively within a team
