Certified Enameling is seeking an experienced, tech-forward Production Planning & Logistics Coordinator to help manage customer orders through our metal finishing and manufacturing operations.We need someone who is comfortable using ERP systems, digital schedules, dashboards, spreadsheets, and real-time production data. This person must be able to replace manual follow-up with organized, system-driven processes.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate daily production priorities, receiving, and outbound shipments.Track orders from receiving through production, quality control, packing, andshipment.Maintain accurate work orders, schedules, due dates, and shipment information inour ERP system.Use system data and production dashboards to identify delays and schedulingconflicts.Work directly with production leads to keep jobs moving on schedule.Coordinate urgent orders and customer-specific deadlines.Communicate order updates with customers, vendors, carriers, and internalteams.Schedule customer pickups, company deliveries, and outside carriers.Improve digital workflows, reporting, scheduling accuracy, and on-time delivery.Identify opportunities to reduce manual entry, paperwork, and repetitiveadministrative work.QualificationsThree or more years of production planning, scheduling, logistics, ororder-coordination experience in manufacturing.Strong working knowledge of ERP systems, digital scheduling tools, andMicrosoft Excel.Comfortable learning new technology and improving existing processes.Able to use data to prioritize work, solve problems, and communicate productionstatus.Metal finishing, powder coating, painting, anodizing, plating, or fabricationexperience is strongly preferred.Strong organization, communication, and follow-through.Odoo experience is highly preferred.Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.Ideal CandidateYou are proactive, organized, comfortable with technology, and willing to work directly with both office and production teams.
