Rockmart Fuel Containment is seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Worker to join our team at our Rockmart facility. As a Production Worker, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing and assembly processes of aerospace components. Your responsibilities will include operating machinery, assembling parts, ensuring quality control, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will work closely with a team to meet production goals and contribute to the overall success of our operations. This full-time, regular position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, can follow precise instructions, and is passionate about contributing to the aerospace industry. - Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience with aerospace manufacturing is a plus but not required
- Proven track record of reliability and punctuality in previous roles
- History of adhering to safety standards and protocols
- Experience working with hand tools and assembly equipment
- Prior experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work setting
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is advantageous
- Previous experience in quality assurance or inspection is beneficial
- Hands-on experience with machinery operation and maintenance
- Experience in a team-oriented workplace and ability to collaborate effectively
- High school diploma or equivalent educational level
- Any relevant certifications or training in production or manufacturing are desirable
