The Production Prep Operator role involves cutting, trimming, and end forming parts, operating machinery, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities include measuring, marking, trimming parts, managing machinery such as bandsaws and deburring equipment, and following safety and work instructions.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area is essential.
- The candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work independently with attention to quality.
- Experience with specific machinery is a plus, and physical demands include bending, reaching, and climbing.
