Marco is seeking an experienced Solutions Sales Consultant to join our Production Print sales team. In this role, you'll focus on helping customers solve business challenges - owning opportunities from discovery through close while contributing to overall sales growth within our production print solutions portfolio.
This position is well‑suited for a consultative sales professional with hands‑on production print experience who enjoys solving complex business challenges and partnering closely with customers and internal teams.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manage and grow a pipeline of production print opportunities to meet and exceed sales goals
- Deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations that clearly communicate business value
- Lead technical discovery conversations and qualify production print opportunities
- Design and sell products and services within our robust production print portfolio.
- Develop a deep understanding of client needs through effective technical documentation and intake processes.
- Maintain working knowledge of production print technologies, industry trends, and competitive offerings
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience preferred (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience selling production print solutions
- A strong consultative sales background with success closing complex opportunities
- Clear, confident communication skills with customers and internal partners
- Self‑motivation and comfort working toward defined sales goals
- Experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and collaboration tools
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
- Base salary range: $45,000-$75,000 annually, plus commission
