Production Print Service Technician (Service Technician II)

Location:Long Island, NY; Queens, NY; Brooklyn, NY

Salary Range: $30-$35/hour (based on experience)

FlexTG is looking for an experienced Production Print Service Technician (Service Technician II) to provide advanced technical support for copiers, printers, and multifunction devices across an assigned territory. In this role you will be responsible for the timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of Production Canon, ImagePress copiers and printers. 

What You'll Do

• Maximizing equipment up-time through timely repair
• Engaging the customer to assure satisfaction
• Managing time to be most effective
• Maintain an accurate car stock inventory

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent 
• Experience servicing production/high-volume print equipment
• Experience withCanon copiers/printers and/or production lines
• Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills across a wide range of office technology.
• Strong knowledge of networking, print environments, and device connectivity.
• Ability to work independently, manage a service territory, and handle escalations with confidence.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years old.

Preferred

• Varioprint experience is a plus
