Production Print Specialist/Color Specialist

Les Olson is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Production Print Specialist to support our sales teams and customers across the Las Vegas area. This role plays a critical part in pre-sales consultation, installations, customer training, and ongoing relationship management for advanced production print solutions.

Responsibilities: 

• Partner with Account Executives to support pre-sale and post-sale production print engagements
• Assist in selling and supporting solutions including:
• • HP Large Format
  • Ricoh Production Print
  • Sharp Light Production
  • Formax, Mint Mailing, Graphic Whizard, and related technologies
• Participate in and support equipment installations alongside the installation team
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop configurations and tailored solutions
• Conduct on-site customer visits to assess needs and provide ongoing support
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
• Deliver end-user training on equipment and software solutions
• • Continuously develop expertise in:
  • • Color production
    • Large format printing
    • Production workflows
    • Offline finishing solutions
      
      
• Support regional growth and development, including occasional travel to assist other branches
• Help mentor and support team members in training roles
• Stay current on product advancements and industry trends

Qualifications:

• Experience in production print, copier/MFP industry, or related technology
• 3-5 years of sales experience
• Wide format and Cutsheet printing experience
• Fiery certification (Professional/Expert)
• Technician experience
• Sales experience
• G7/G7+ Color Expert certification
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
