Responsibilities include improving manufacturing processes for submicron ceramic grains used in high-demand markets like semiconductors and batteries, ensuring tighter specifications, higher yields, and quality control.
The candidate will lead process development, scale-up, and process control initiatives, perform data analysis, promote automation, and collaborate with customers.
Qualifications include strong process optimization, problem-solving, data analytics, SPC, lean manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma, and leadership skills. Experience in ceramic/particle processing and process control is advantageous.
