Job Overview:
Location: 3109 Plant Water Road,Knoxville,Tennessee,37914
Shift & Schedule. This position supports a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays is required based on business needs.
The Process Engineer will support the Knoxville Manufacturing Site and report to the Senior Manager of Operations. This role plays a key part in identifying and eliminating waste across manufacturing operations. The Process Engineer will drive operational excellence through structured problem-solving, lean methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
The ideal candidate is passionate about optimizing processes, reducing variability, and improving productivity in a collaborative, hands-on manufacturing environment.
