We are seeking a highly organized Production Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced video production team.
Responsibilities include managing schedules, tracking deliverables, coordinating logistics, organizing documents, attending meetings, taking detailed notes, and ensuring follow-up actions. You will compile and distribute key notes, support leadership with updates, and maintain organized files.
Ideal candidates have 4+ years of admin or coordinator experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Google Workspace and Slack, and the ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment. Experience with project management and automation tools is a plus.
