Production Laborer Night Shift | $17/hr

Associated Staffing is hiring Production Laborers for a manufacturing facility in Ravenna, NE. This hands-on role is ideal for dependable individuals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in maintaining safety and quality standards.
Production Laborers will assist with operating cookers and processing equipment, handling materials, monitoring temperatures and system levels, cleaning equipment and maintaining sanitary production areas. Candidates must be comfortable working around heat, humidity and industrial equipment.
Responsibilities include:
Operate cookers, reactors and processing equipment safely
Handle, lift, weigh, batch and mix raw materials
Monitor temperatures, pressures and product levels during processing
Filter and package rendered products
Unload liquid tankers and maintain production flow
Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts as needed
Perform equipment clean-up and sanitation procedures
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Follow all food safety, quality, GMP and safety procedures
Qualifications:
Ability to read and follow simple instructions in English
Basic math skills required
Ability to work safely in a production environment
Ability to lift up to 50-60 pounds occasionally
Comfortable working in hot, humid conditions and around machinery
Strong attendance and reliability required
