Location: Bethlehem, PA
Schedule: MondayFriday | 2:45 PM 10:45 PM
Pay: Starting at $18/hr
What Youll Do:
Lead and oversee daily clinical packaging operations (blistering, bottling, labeling, assembly, etc.)
Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturing instructions (MIs), SOPs, and cGMP standards
Train and support Packaging Technicians on job duties
Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Complete required documentation accurately and on time
Operate packaging equipment and maintain clean work areas
What Were Looking For:
High school diploma or GED
1+ year of cGMP or clinical packaging experience required
Previous leadership or team lead experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and use hands for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
Strong attention to detail and visual accuracy
