Production Room Packer

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Room Packer to join our client's manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently packing finished products in accordance with manufacturing standards, safety protocols, and quality specifications. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining production flow, ensuring product integrity, and supporting warehouse operations. Duties

• Carefully pack finished goods using appropriate packaging equipment, hand tools, and materials handling techniques to meet quality standards.
• Operate packaging machinery and equipment safely while adhering to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations.
• Interpret production documents, such as batch records and packing instructions, to ensure accurate packaging procedures.
• Assist with material handling tasks, including heavy lifting and forklift operation, to move raw materials and finished products efficiently within the warehouse.
• Conduct routine inspections of packaging equipment for mechanical troubleshooting needs and perform basic maintenance or escalate issues as necessary.
• Follow all safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain accurate records of packaged products, including lot numbers and quantities, supporting traceability and compliance.
• Support warehouse operations by organizing storage areas and ensuring proper inventory management of packaging supplies.
• Collaborate with manufacturing team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high-quality output.
