Our production client is looking for a Production/Sales Supervisor to oversee roughly 7-10 employees and manage business development. This is a direct hire opportunity.
Pay Range: $50,000 - $70,000 DOE
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm (Monday-Friday) Additional hours as needed.
Duties:
Assist with managing a small office team, including administrative and sales personnel.
Oversee daily operations, including leading meetings, setting goals, and managing the sales pipeline.
Manage end-to-end sales processes, including cold calling, lead generation, and account qualifications.
Schedule vendor and service appointments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-5 years sales experience.
Minimum 5 years supervisory experience.
Exceptional customer service skills.High level of independence and ability to motivate teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
Sales experience within a production or manufacturing environment.
Supervisory experience with a team of 5 or more employees.
Mechanical maintenance experience or strong mechanical inclination.
