- Maintain departmental safety, cleanliness, and inspection standards.
- Load and actively oversee the cockpit.
- Input and prioritize refills as requested/needed.
- Print orders, labels, nameplates and stickers.
- Make reducer and motor name plates and do necessary order checks.
- Assemble work order packets.
- Fixing BOM errors by Assisting Sales with production questions and following up on late orders
- Evaluate and complete back posting and holds.
- Be the main contact for the Materials Group on inventory discrepancies.
- Be the main contact for the Assembly Group for current availability to help allocate resources effectively.
- Be the main contact for Customer Logistics and Service orders.
- Be the main contact for Customer Experience same day rush and 911 orders.
- Run the On-Time report for the facility to track and confirm orders will be out on time.
- Run the Late Hit report to prevent future orders from being late.
- Update and maintain pulling reports for department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post high school degree preferred.
- Experience: Prior experience in a production environment required.
- Skills and Key Attributes: Self-motivated, independent, positive attitude, good communication skills, great attention to detail, excellent computer skills, problem solving skills, and great organizational skills.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50lbs. Ability to stand on feet and move around for up to 8-12 hours per day.
