Production Scheduler

Payrate: $31.42 - $31.42/hr.
 
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Schedule Planner II, specializing in Material Planning and Control. This role involves scheduling support in the laser cutting and forming operations. The position is based onsite in Davenport, IA, and requires flexibility to support alternate shifts based on business needs.
 
Responsibilities:

• Provide scheduling support for laser cutting and forming operations.
• Collaborate with Supervisors, Engineers, and other Schedulers to ensure smooth operations.
• Work on the production floor approximately 50% of the time, with the remaining time spent in an office environment.
• Independently manage daily tasks with minimal supervision.
• Adapt to alternate shifts as required by business needs.

 
Qualifications:

• A 4-year degree in a relevant field with at least 1 year of scheduling experience is strongly preferred.
• Candidates with a high school diploma/equivalent and 5 years of scheduling experience in a production environment will also be considered.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with intermediate skills in Excel (including pivot tables and v-lookups).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work 3rd Shift (10pm – 6am) and support overtime when available.

 
Skills:

• Experience with SAP is strongly preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work environments.

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $31.42 - $31.42 /hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
