Production Scheduler/Dispatcher

We are looking for a Production Scheduler who embodies these values and is excited to grow with a team committed to learning, innovation, and impact.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule production jobs efficiently to meet customer timelines
• Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates
• Work closely with production crews to ensure schedules are accurate and optimized
• Monitor job progress and make real-time adjustments as needed
• Maintain clear and accurate records within internal systems
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and provide solutions

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in production/job scheduling, administration, and/or customer service
• Exceptional telephone, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to see the big picture while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and navigate new software systems
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

• Schedule & Location:
  This is a full-time, in-office position located in College Grove, TN (not remote).
  Schedule is Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Hourly Range: $21-25
