Location: Forest, VA

Salary: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

These are the qualifications that matter.

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience preferred
• Experience in direct mail, print production, manufacturing, or scheduling preferred
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook
• ERP or PrintStream software experience is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work overtime or flexible hours as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage production schedules to meet customer deadlines and manufacturing goals.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and workflow to support efficient production operations.
• Monitor production output and communicate daily performance metrics.
• Analyze scheduling and production data to improve workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate with production, customer service, and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize ERP, logistics, and manufacturing software to track production activities.
