This position contributes to our vision by:

Execute the MPS for the Assembly line/s / short-term work schedule for the work-centers in compliance with the agreed production plan order

Carry out RCCP, taking care to monitor all critical and bottleneck resources and propose mitigation plans

Implement action plans to reduce hazards and uncertainties in order to maintain the desired service level

Establish detailed production schedules for the Assembly lines, work center schedules

Ensure that schedules are produced as planned and are adjusted according to the risks

Liaise with the external supply, following the calculation of material requirements, and develop action plans to mitigate risks with production planners, procurement, operations

Job Requirements

  • Associates Degree or 3 years of Supply Chain or Business related experience required, Bachelors degree preferred.
  • (Acquired through previous jobs, assignments, responsibilities, etc. including language capabilities.) i.e.: 3 years procurement/supply chain/planning background in manufacturing environment required in addition to the eduction requirements.
  • Knowledge of industry suppliers, product(s), and manufacturing capabilities required. Familiar with the sites organization
  • Detailed vision of production processes and their companys supply chain
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Planning Process
  • Good technical knowledge on the markets of SAFRAN Group products
  • Ability to work well in a matrix structure
  • Must have a good understanding of manufacturing processes.
  • Must have the ability to generate written communication and to operate required office equipment.
  • Ability to read and review written communication.
  • Speech and hearing abilities that allow individual to communicate clearly and distinctly in English.
  • Computer Skill: Basic understanding of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Excel.Powerpoint, Word and Email;Familiar with the information systems used in the Supply Chain: i.e. ERP, Supplier Portall
