What You'll Be Doing

You'll work directly with the Scheduling team to keep our Molding, Paint, and Assembly departments running smoothly by:

  • Developing and managing daily production schedules to meet customer demand while balancing inventory, capacity, and operational priorities.
  • Analyzing customer releases and adjust schedules to support on-time delivery.
  • Coordinating production trials, engineering changes, and pre-production builds with cross-functional teams.
  • Monitoring inventory and support inventory accuracy through physical counts as needed.
  • Collaborating with Production, Materials, Engineering, Quality, and other departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Identifying scheduling challenges, communicate changes, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Following company policies and safety standards while contributing to a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in production scheduling, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred).
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

 Automotive manufacturing experience is a bonus!

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required. An assessment test will be administered.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in a JIT manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience with QAD or other ERP software preferred.
