Job Title: Production Scheduler

Pay Rate: $23.50/hr
Duration: 6 Months
The Production Scheduler is responsible for supporting manufacturing operations through material procurement, inventory management, and SAP system transactions. This role ensures accurate material flow, maintains inventory integrity, supports production scheduling activities, and drives process improvements related to inventory control and warehouse operations.
High School Diploma or GED required
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related field preferred
SAP inventory management and material movement transactions
Production planning and scheduling within a manufacturing environment
Inventory control, cycle counting, and reconciliation
Procurement and supplier coordination
Warehouse management systems (WMS)
SAP master data maintenance
General Ledger inventory reconciliation
Root cause analysis of inventory discrepancies
Month-end inventory reporting and audit support
Microsoft Excel for inventory tracking and reporting
Experience managing Stock Transport Orders (STOs)
Manufacturing operations in food production environments
SAP troubleshooting and inventory record corrections
Third-party inventory reconciliation
OSHA and food safety compliance knowledge
Continuous improvement and inventory optimization initiatives
