This role involves developing, maintaining, and adjusting production schedules to align with inventory levels, workforce availability, and equipment capacity. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with production teams, supply chain personnel, and management to anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts, minimizing downtime and maximizing throughput. By effectively managing timelines and priorities, the scheduler contributes directly to on-time delivery performance and overall operational efficiency. Ultimately, this role supports the manufacturing process by balancing competing demands and facilitating smooth workflow across multiple departments.
