Production Shop Laborer

Full-time, direct hire opening with our client for a Production Shop Laborer.

In this role you will perform a variety of tasks to support daily operations within an indoor production environment. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to move continuously throughout the day. You will handle materials, keep the shop clean, and assist with loading and unloading trucks using cranes or forklifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general production tasks, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate cranes and forklifts to move heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Perform manual labor tasks such as lifting, stacking, and sorting products.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures.
• Inspect and maintain equipment as required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or laborer role preferred.
• Experience operating cranes and/or forklifts (certification is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Strong awareness of workplace safety and best practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physically demanding tasks.
