Compensation: $18.00 per hour – paid weekly
Schedule: 2nd shift | Monday–Friday | 3:30pm- 2:00am
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire | Full-time

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Specialist workers for an electronics manufacturing company in Mankato, MN. What You’ll Do as a Production Specialist:- Review work orders and procedural instructions before starting each assignment
- Perform required quality assurance checks throughout the production process
- Crimp wires and assemble wire, cable, and harness components
- Assist with electro-mechanical assembly tasks as needed
- Cross-train and support other production lines or departments
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow housekeeping standards
What You Need to Bring to the Production Specialist Role:- Previous manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to read and follow work instructions
- Willingness to cross-train and work in different production areas
