TradeWorX is hiring a Production Spray Painter for a temp-to-perm manufacturing opportunity in the Leetsdale, PA area. This position supports the preparation, spraying, painting, and quality inspection of window and door components in a fast-paced production environment. Candidates should have hands-on experience with paint spraying or mixing equipment and be comfortable working a 10-hour production shift.

Pay & Overtime:

• $19.50/hour
• Overtime availability has not been confirmed

Schedule:

• 10-hour day shift
• Anticipated Monday–Thursday
• Anticipated 6: 00 AM–4: 30 PM
• Immediate start
• Approximately 560-hour assignment
• Final schedule confirmation pending

Job Duties:

• Prepare window and door components for painting through cleaning, masking, loading, and unloading
• Mix and apply paint using paint booths, sprayers, and related production equipment
• Spray and process components according to established specifications and quality standards
• Inspect finished products and identify quality defects
• Operate basic hand tools, measuring devices, fixtures, and gauges
• Perform basic equipment inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and routine troubleshooting

Requirements:

• Previous experience safely operating paint spraying and/or paint mixing equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
• Ability to stand and work throughout a 10-hour shift
• Basic computer skills and ability to work with programmable production equipment
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and perform basic math
• Ability to complete required background and drug screening

• Safety-focused with strong attention to paint quality and finished-product appearance
• Experienced with spray equipment, paint booths, masking, preparation, or production painting
• Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices in a team-based manufacturing environment
