    Production Sr. Supervisor

    You can look forward to these exciting tasks:

    • Managing production output status, ensure effective information flow in line with daily action, respond proactively to KPI and volume trends to safeguard highes levels of production efficiency.
    • Working with the cross-functional core team (e.g. ME, Maintenance, Quality) to resolve disruptions to takt by driving timely, cross-functional problemsolving and prevention
    • All aspects of leadership driving "Right first time" and "Safety First" culture in line with company & legal requirements.
    • Working with Production Manager and WPS to identify/implement continuous improvement activities to achieve performance and WPS 2.0 maturity level improvements for the area.
    • Support Production Manager in budget planning and control
    • Proactively support new launches and provide feedback / lessons learned to the Launch Team from the production perspective.
    • Driving 5S activities to ensure standards are maintained or improved.
    • Proactively support risk assessments in the area, ensuring unsafe practices and equipment are identified and eliminated.

    This is what you bring to us:

    • Working experience in an automated manufacturing environment, preferably in Automotive
    • Additional training for leading people & applicable local labour laws
    • Profound technical knowledge of production processes in the area of responsibility
    • Good knowledge of applicable quality systems and health, safety & environmental (HSE) requirements including relevant customer specific requirements, significant/critical characteristics and product safety
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and other software applications used in the production area
    • Good knowledge of basic problem solving and continous improvement tools (e.g. 5 Why, Fishbone, TPM, 5S etc)
    • Basic knowledge of data safety and protection requirements
