Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our manufacturing team in Sugar Grove, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for removing plastic 3D molded parts from molds, inspecting products for quality, and cleaning excess material to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Remove plastic molded parts from molds safely and efficiently
Trim, clean, and finish plastic components by removing excess material, flash, or imperfections
Inspect molded products for defects, damage, or quality concerns
Follow work instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Package finished products as needed
Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or safety hazards to supervisors
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required
Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Physical Requirements
Standing for extended periods
Frequent use of hands and wrists for trimming and cleaning molded parts
Repetitive bending, reaching, and lifting
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
