Job Description

·                     Supervise and lead up to 50 non-union hourly employees within an aerospace investment casting operation

·                     Drive performance metrics, analytics, and KPIs to ensure operational excellence and goal attainment

·                     Champion quality standards and safety protocols across the production floor

·                     Mentor, coach, train, and develop team members to maximize individual and team performance

·                     Foster a culture of accountability while consistently meeting production targets and organizational objectives

Key Requirements 

·                     Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in a production or manufacturing environment

·                     Proven ability to leverage metrics, analytics, and data-driven approaches to optimize operations

·                     Strong proficiency with computer systems and production-related software tools

·                     Bachelor of Science (BS) degree required
