Job TitleSupervisorJob DescriptionSupervise all production activities and ensure optimal productivity. Implement and monitor quality control measures. Coordinate with other departments to achieve operational objectives. Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards. Develop and implement improvements to production processes. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor equipment maintenance and organize necessary repairs. A candidate who is bilingual in English/Spanish is required. Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures. Track record leading projects to improve production efficiency and reduce waste & costs. Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using manufacturing software and equipment. Background in assembly environments strongly preferred.What's on OfferA salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 Depending on level of experience.
