    Job SummaryWe're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to lead production teams in a manufacturing environment. This role owns the floor-safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people. You'll set priorities, run schedules, coach employees, and make sure customer commitments are met.

    This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who knows how to run production and lead from the front.

    Shift: 1st shift, Monday-Friday 6:00a-4:30p

    What You'll Own

    Lead and model One Chromalloy Core ValuesEnforce safety, environmental, and ethical standardsMaintain and improve 5SEnsure compliance with Repair Station and Quality ManualsBuild and manage production schedules to meet OTD and TATAssign work, set priorities, and adjust staffingInterpret prints, specs, and job orders for the teamInspect work, guide setups, and verify scrap dispositionDrive productivity, Lean, and continuous improvement eventsControl costs, scrap, rework, and quality escapesOwn delivery, inventory levels, and production metricsManage timekeeping in ADPPartner with HR on staffing, temp labor (Agile 1), and employee issuesLead Tier I meetings and ensure clear communicationTrain employees and support new product introductionsCoordinate with Production Control and other supervisorsManage monthly OME budgetInterview and help select team members

    What We're Looking For

    Bachelor's degree in engineering or another relevant field. At hiring manager discretion, equivalent experience may be considered.5+ years supervising in a manufacturing environmentStrong shop‑floor knowledge and problem‑solving skillsReliable, organized, and decisive leadership style
