As a Production Supervisor in our Electronics Manufacturing facility, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring quality standards, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will lead a team of production associates and technicians, ensuring output meets customer demands while upholding safety and compliance standards. This role requires hands-on leadership, problem-solving skills, and a strong focus on people development.
