Job Title: Production Supervisor Second Shift

Job Overview: Assist in all day to day production that is essential to the business, and ensures customer satisfaction is being met.
Job Functions:
Assist in all day to day production needs in all departments as required.
Report to Plant Manager all production issues that may affect the job flow in each department.
Coordinate the departmental flow of work to meet schedule.
Make sure all machine inventories are current in all departments.
Manage the production floor, through hourly walks.
Report to Plant manager all minor or major employee issues
Enforce all OCS Quality/Production procedures.
Make necessary production process recommendations for better job output for all departments.
Assist in making a schedule to handle work flow.
Responsible for set ups of jobs as needed including production logging.
Able to handle small repairs as needed, and report to maintenance any major issues.
Track associated run rate, and assist in vendor quality program.
Ensure all customer requirements are being met.

3 years of previous supervisory experience

This hands-on leadership role will oversee daily production operations, ensure production goals are met, and support employees while maintaining quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:Supervise and support daily production activities across multiple departments
Coordinate workflow and prioritize production schedules to meet customer deadlines
Monitor production operations and conduct regular floor walks to ensure efficiency and quality standards are maintained
Communicate production concerns, equipment issues, and employee matters to the Plant Manager
Enforce company quality, safety, and production procedures
Assist with job setups, production logging, and workflow scheduling
Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and coordinate major repairs with maintenance
Track production performance and associated run rates
Ensure customer requirements and delivery expectations are consistently achieved
Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment through coaching and employee development
Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is required
Bilingual in English and Spanish required
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience managing production schedules and workflow
Mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
